Mr. Yi Zheng
Founder and CEO
- A highly accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in healthcare industry.
- Over 20 years of leadership/management experience with large payors: Aetna, Cigna, Magellan Health, Fosun Group, Pingan Group.
- Strong track record of success in product innovation, vertical integration, application of data and digital technology in healthcare management, and service operation as well as P&L management. In 2013, Yi was named one of the “Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business” in the United States.
Mr. Steve Violette
Chief Operating Officer
- High-achieving senior executive with more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
- Nearly two decades of experience with both payers and pharmacy benefit managers, including UnitedHealthcare, Optum Rx, Bright Health, and Cigna.
- Most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Government Program Operations for Optum Rx with service accountability for more than 30 million lives.
- Recognized as an expert in the design and administration of Medicare pharmacy benefits, with additional experience in both Medicaid and ACA qualified health plan management.
Mr. Armando Luna, Jr.
Chief Growth Officer
- As the Chief Growth Officer, Armando is responsible for driving sustainable growth and innovation in One Health Link's AI-powered healthcare technology solutions. His unique blend of healthcare industry knowledge, leadership experience, and technological acumen positions him ideally to guide our company's growth and advance our mission.
- Armando brings over three decades of experience and stellar track records in spearheading growth for leading senior-focused brands such as Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and various Field Marketing Organizations (FMOs), including HealthMarkets. Armando's expertise spans strategic leadership, operational excellence, and financial management in the healthcare sector.
- As the former CEO of CareFree Insurance Services, an FMO, he guided the firm to unprecedented growth and profitability. Holding a doctorate in Leadership from The George Washington University and being a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), he offers specialized growth advice to expand operations, manage finances, and drive innovation for brands targeting seniors in competitive markets.
Mr. Miguel A. Alvarado
Chief Technology Officer
- With over 26 years in software development and 17 years as a technical executive leader, Miguel has carved a niche in propelling startups from inception to tangible success. His industry expertise spans entertainment, media, and healthcare. Having worked with a diverse range of business models—including B2B, B2C, and B2B2C—he brings a unique perspective from his tenures at global enterprises such as Microsoft, Verizon, and Intel, as well as various startups. He specializes in guiding teams on integrating AI both within their products and their product development processes.
- Miguel employs a full-stack leadership approach, seamlessly transitioning between high-level C-Suite strategic discussions and detailed, hands-on coding interactions with engineers. His leadership style is characterized by a coaching ethos, focusing on nurturing and elevating teams to achieve peak performance.

- Mr. Jackson has spent 15 years in various healthcare roles spanning provider services, patient services, distribution, large system implementation, and healthcare marketing.
- As General Manager of EngagedMedia, a digital pharma marketing company, Joe led the business from its beginning stages as a startup to over $25M in annual revenue, culminating in a successful exit with a top-10 pharmaceutical manufacture.
Ms. Yabo Wu

- Ms. Wu served in a different management and technical roles at companies such as Deloitte, BCBS of MA, IMS, and Pingan Group.
- Ms. Wu received her life science degree from Tsing Hua University and data science degree from University of North Carolina.

Mr. Soistman is the founder and president of Health Management and Transformation Advisory Services. He currently serves on six Corporate Advisory Boards and one Scientific Advisory Board where he offers guidance and advise to C-Suite Executives on a variety of healthcare, regulatory, and broader strategic topics.

Ms. Nancy Cocozza

Ms. Nancy Cocozza recently retired in June 2018 from the position of President of the Medicare Business for Aetna, where she was responsible for Aetna’s Medicare strategy, growth and operating results; she led a team that, at the time of her retirement, served more than 4 million Medicare members nationwide through a robust portfolio of Medicare Advantage plans, Medicare prescription drug plans and Medicare Supplement plans.
Prior to Aetna, Ms. Cocozza was Executive Vice President at HealthMarket, an individual market health insurance provider, where she led the Medicare division. She also led the government insurance programs at Coventry Health Care.

Ms. Linda Shoenfelt

Ms. Linda Shoenfelt has over 20 years of experience in Medicare. She has managed service operations, let platform efforts, and is acknowledged as an industry expert in process improvement and root cause problem solving.
She has held executive roles for multiple Fortune 500 Insurance and Managed Care organizations and is most recently retired from Aetna/CVS Health.
She is known for getting things done with a strong focus on efficiency, quality, and the member experience journey. She holds an MBA in the Management of Information Systems from Barry University in Miami, FL.
